Also the Founder & CEO of OptiCool Technologies, CGS Fabrications and WineCab, Mark is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a commitment to innovation that has grown to beyond concepts and manufacturing, and further into identifying the needs of clients around the world with advances in equipment technology changing around us every day.

Bill Krug
Vice President of Sales
Over 40 years of experience in technology products & services, project management, business operations, and platform sales. Major Accounts management expert with deep experience in overseeing highly competitive, multi-vendor, engagements and complex sales cycles. As ARC’s VP of Sales, he develops sales strategies, drives demand creation, quantifies business drivers, aligns solutions to strong ROI models, and leads large sales pursuits from first contact through close.

Chris Chaney
Vice President of Operations
After studying Economics and Business at the University of South Carolina, Chris joined JB Fitzgerald Venture Capital, out of Charlotte, NC, to manage the firm’s real estate portfolio, advise on real estate & startup investments, & manage portfolio companies. In addition to his work with real estate & startups, he's spent a wealth of time getting highly involved in the emerging web3 industry, developing a passion for Solana-based startups & projects. Chris has an eye for early value & joins ARC with anticipation of transforming the cannabis industry for businesses & end-consumers alike.

Don Gould
CFO
CFO of Calvary Robotics with in excess of 25 years of finance and business experience. Proactive and strategic experience building new businesses and successful teams. Prior roles have included COO, Product Development Manager, and Partner in a large regional accounting firm and significant mergers and acquisition experience.
