How much does the ExpressVault system cost?

There are no upfront costs to get started with an ExpressVault system. We install all of the hardware and software needed on-site. Our pricing is transaction based with a convenience fee charged on every ExpressVault purchase.

How do I reserve my ExpressVault?

Do customers need to download the app before purchases?

Yes. Customers are tied to the machine(s) in your store when they sign up to use the app.

How is training provided for new systems?

Training and support will come from a dedicated member of our engagement team, who will live and work in a region with our vaults, and whose sole purpose is to support the successful use of the ExpressVault.

How does the system prevent unauthorized transactions?

At the point of sale we use a facial recognition system to authorize each transaction.

How much space does an ExpressVault require on my shop floor?

Less than 25 square feet.

What happens if the system stops working for some reason?

A dedicated member of our engagement team, who will live and work in a region with our vaults, will be assigned to support the successful use of the ExpressVault.

What kind of utility requirements are needed to run an ExpressVault?

110V electric & internet.
